"Amy Aldrich and her team at State Farm were extremely helpful, warm, welcoming and thorough. We can’t say enough about the prompt and professional guidance we got. From our initial call with help from Jeanie, to expert policy reviews and quotes from Gina, we realized we were in much better hands making the switch to State Farm. We’d been with another insurance company for 30+ years, but found quality of service rapidly decline, sloppiness with attention to policy coverage details, as they moved away from local businesses/agents to a corporate model not in New York State (where you are passed via phone from person to person anywhere from Texas or Arizona, etc). At State Farm, Gina reviewed our existing policies and found us sizable cost savings, as well as things that provided us with better coverage for our home and auto policies. "I have been insured by State Farm for many years and with Amy Aldrich since she started in Scotia. (I'm 77) Four years ago, we sold our Scotia home and built on our lakeshore property. On 29 February 2024 a windstorm snapped a 100 foot pine tree, next door and hit our home with the top half. Branches went through the roof, the attic and into the first floor kitchen. The following morning, the local tree service used a crane to remove the tree and tarp the roof. I called State Farm expecting the worst, but Anne at claims calmed me down and directed me to the correct department. Many other homes had damage and I had no internet service, cell service or electric power. Only the land line and Generex Power kept me going. Then there was Vivian Jefferson Fields to my rescue. Ms. Fields started my claim and arranged for and adjuster, Paul Kisiel to come to me. Paul arrived march 5th to meet with a local contractor and I. He was from an hour away, but showed up in a van that was a mobile office. By the end of the day, I had all the paperwork in my hand and a check on the way to start repairs. All this time I was in phone contact with Amy to keep her informed. We're even friends on Facebook. So, in less than 3 weeks, we are on our way back to normal. We also feel everyone cared about us. If there were more stars, I would add them to this review."

"I have been with Amy Aldrich State farm since June of 2019, I started using them over other insurers in the area as they had the best rates for me at the time. I have looked into others over the years trying to find lower prices but when I would speak to agents here about this they would always help me get the lowest prices with them so I wouldn't have to switch. They are also VERY good at noticing and calling me when I qualify for lower prices and discounts. They also talked me into getting rental insurance on my home when I thought I couldn't afford it, they broke it down for me and helped me get it set up and I was SHOCKED at how little it actually cost. I typically deal with Robert when i call and have gotten on a comically personal/ professional level with him and don't feel like I'm speaking with a robot. I am very happy with this insurer and love that when I call they already know who they are talking to and have my info saved for faster transaction. I have never dealt with rude agents, long wait times, or any inconvenience really since using them..so I highly recommend doing business with them."

"Just spotted this really nicely done sporty looking dark red Dodge pass by me at the grocery store. It had this sleek matte black stripe down the side of the car that perfectly matched the matte black wheels. Inconspicuously in that matte black stripe was Amy Aldrich’s name. Dope car, if you take that type of attention to your marketing and business as well as your hobbies I can only assume you take care of your clients too.
